How he came to be, no one is sure of. Hineani all ways seems to have his head in a clouds. Chasing bugs and small animals. At times sleeping in the shade or basking under the son. He likes to play and at times will chase his own tail. Despite being born from the cold regions, his personality and playful charm and 'free as the wind' expression makes him seem that his true home is the Wind flight. What he is doing in Shadow no one knows.

Hineani is mute, and all ways seems to be in a good mood. His most noticeable feature is the ethereal scarf that all ways seems to be blowing the wind, even if its not windy.
