_GO1x5LE.png A weird being of mysterious origin and indeterminate stock, but seems friendly for all that. (Look *she learned to smile!) Speaks in the static buzz of a thousand voices talking at once, which has spawned all kinds of theories and interest among lair residents.

Presumably turned up by following Nova O's radio broadcast, since the few voices anyone insist they've picked out seem to be other broadcasts, or possibly commentary on other broadcasts, or possibly halves of conversations taking place very far away. Regardless *she always seems to be informed on the content of Nova O's cast, whether actually in a position to have heard or not.

While *she does presumably have a name (or possibly a thousand) no one has ever made it out, so Nova O dubbed *her Khoshekh. As *she seems to like it it's stuck.


Doesn't always remember to be tangible. Leaks tendrils of strange energy wherever *she goes, which grow steadily warmer the longer *she stays in one place. Magrat tried lighting candles from them. The candles stuck and now stay aflame without ever burning down or producing any heat themselves. Magrat now gets sat on to prevent her from adding firecrackers.

Johnny noticed the leakage and promptly consulted with Thing, who laid heat transfer pipes everywhere Khoshekh frequents to take advantage, then as Doodlebug refused to give up his monopoly on pipe maintenance gave him such exacting and exhaustive instruction on them he now qualifies as an hvac technician as well as plumber.

Even though nothing except candles has yet proven to catch on fire near *her Hodgepodge really, really, really doesn't appreciate Khoshekh hanging around near the library. Truly does appreciate *her hanging around near the kitchen sinks so long as the energy never actually comes into contact with the water since no one has yet been able to figure out conclusively whether it's safe to ingest.


Constantly followed around by an alien-looking creature the arcaneborn residents refer to as The Watcher that makes notes on *her. Stickybeak says that's totally normal, unusual phenomena are observed and recorded. Fidget got a look at the notes once and saw *her described as "snapper-shaped entity." Lab says that's normal too, make no assumptions.

(The rest of the lair really would have been fine letting that assumption stand thanks.)


._.* she, or he, or she-and-he, or sometimes-he-sometimes-she, or void, or multitudinous-they-that-may-contain-hes-or-shes-or-hes-and-shes-or..., but bull snappers tend to be significantly larger than Khoshekh is so "she" won for abbreviated term

Remy did not try to poke *her with a pillow to see if *she was safe, he tried to poke *her with himself and tripped and the pillow touched instead and now he can't touch it anymore?! When he puts his hand on it his hand just goes through. (It's very distressing.)
