Biography

CASIMIR
THE TRAPPER

♪ ♫
Silver For Monsters
Witcher 3

The prey must escape
a thousand times.
The hunter need only
succeed once.

Jaromir and Casimir are the Cathedral's best hunters. They work together seamlessly, specialising in murkier areas of Sornieth. Over time they've added magic into their wide arsenal of tricks to trap their prey, and make for a deadly combination.

While at first opposed to the alchemy that happened in the depths of the crypts, they now hold it in high regard.

Jaromir and Casimir discovered the Cathedral by tracking one of their prey to its doors: they were like wolves in their kill, not bothering with subtle means when they finally pinned it against the very walls of the bastion. The noise drew out the Cathedral's defenders, ready to strike down their enemies, but upon seeing the two dragons soaked in blood and still, an eerie sort of silence followed.

It was Nephalem who moved to strike, and it was Piety who stayed his blow; she questioned the two hunters, and they spoke of their ever-long hunt. Seeing an opportunity, she extended an offer to allow them to rest within the walls of the Cathedral, to recuperate between hunts. Tentatively agreeing, their presence set many dragons on edge for a time.

When it was revealed their hunt was born from their pearls being stolen, new ones were made with alchemy; the gifts made them decide to stay within the Cathedral.
