One of those whom Etraus intrigued with his writing, Aluriel took to studying the stars as well, and found entirely different meanings within them. Now she writes her own dissertations on what she sees within the skies over Sornieth, sometimes debating with others over her writing, something she delights in.

 While Etraeus inspired her to observe the stars, Aluriel found different meaning than he did while she watched the celestial bodies drifting across the sky. Rather than seeing the past or the future, or the constellations and wondering what their appearance might mean, she took a more philosophical view of them. She began to write her own musings, firstly for herself to reflect upon and re-read to find other meanings later on. However, as time went on, she shared her tomes with others and enjoyed the following discussions that they wrought.

When she can, she engages Etreaus about the more "solid" meanings of the stars versus the hypothetical and philosophical. Typically his views are limited to what he himself sees, though he never outright dismisses what others see in the stars he so closely watches himself. These discussions are lamentably short, but they always give her something to consider, which she is quietly grateful for. Just as well, Etraeus admires the way she balances musings of the mind with necessary realism, something he struggles to do himself.
