Althaea Aetherion Retired Jeweler | True Neutral | Way Too Old To Have Hair That Good  Althaea is a very affluent retired jeweler and artisan. Having worked in the crystal pools for decades, he escaped mutation only through the aid of his Magic Nymph, Kunzite, who would carefully siphon the dangerous magic from him. Mutation in the crystal pools is something many in his profession were not fortunate enough to escape, and he ensures that Kunzite has everything it could ever want as thanks for its service. The process has left him relatively bereft of magic, however. He's hardly able to spare enough magic to produce eggs, much less cast spells. He built his empire through a combination of hard work and engaging in somewhat shady business practices in his youth, which he now regrets wholeheartedly, and has certainly paid his dues for. Having made his fortune, he went into an early retirement (as he's only middle aged) and settled down in a gorgeous, long-empty villa at the edge of Santa Solare. Though he's no longer employed, technically speaking, his retirement income is frankly outrageous, and he's doing quite well for himself regardless. He still makes jewelry, on occasion, but they're rarely sold, and are more likely to be given as gifts to acquaintances and friends. He's a bit of a legend among jewelers. Although he hasn't been retired for all that long, his beautifully ornate, immaculate works have already skyrocketed in price. He comes into town frequently to have meals, enjoy performances, or go for walks around the beach or the park. It seems like he enjoys the town well enough, but, well, he seems just a bit lonely, doesn't he?
