Pint isn't happy unless she's building something. She constructed every room in the Half Pint Inn herself and still oversees most of the upgrades. Usually somewhat absentminded, she becomes very focused when she has a project. She leaves the actual day to day running of the inn to her firstborn, Charoite.
The history of the Half Pint Inn
The Half Pint Inn is run by a former fae named Pint and her firstborn son, Charoite. The original clientelle were mostly smaller dragons on their way to serve the Tidelord, who might find themselves in need of a resting point where the larger breeds could push on. The service could be somewhat lacking in the early days. Pint much prefered to spend her time on private projects and renovations and as such had little time for things like customer service. Fortunately Charoite was around to see to it that the rooms got the occasional tidying. As the inn grew he was able to hire more staff to help him run the place, and the customer service improved dramatically. Among the inn's first long term residents was the area guardian, Brutus, who one day made himself at home sunbathing right on top of the Half Pint's front door. Pint's attempts to chase him away proved unfruitful. Eventually he showed his use in driving off a beast that usually Pint's only option for dealing with would be to hide from. Soon Brutus was joined by a rather reserved Imperial who introduced herself simply as Luna, with little other explanation for where she'd come from or what brought her to the Tsumani Flats. With two permanent residents rather larger than the inn was equipped to handle, Pint set her sights on expansion. As soon as the plus size accommodations were finished, dragons to fit them seemed to spring out of the woodwork. Nova and Ariel came for the sole purpose of raising a nest, as they had no where else safe enough to hatch their children, thus establishing the first of their family's strong ties to the inn. Travelling dignitaries and war troops began to make regular stops. More merchants and entertainers followed, attracted by the increasing traffic through the area. The Half Pint is now a bustling clan centered on what has become a major trade route between the Land of a Thousand Currents and its neighbors.
