Not so much an individual as a creature of Water made manifest; not even entirely sentient. Answers only to Nekane and—occasionally—to Oscar. A seemingly limitless source of elemental power, given shape and purpose and sent to serve the Red Kingdom's living deity; part of her entourage, and a magical aide. Liaison to the Tidelord. Sometimes seems to be formed from water itself.
