Nevara is one of the central pillars of the Highland Refuge. During its reformation, she, Andreth and Undine worked tirelessly to not only repair the lair itself but it's reputation. After being silent for so long the clan was assumed dead and had no more allies or connections. The lair was in shambles: it's former glory lost to time. It is unknown why the old clan fell into disarray but there was no doubt that only a strong leadership would bring it back.

While rebuilding, she damaged her left leg to a point where she still has trouble walking, as it was not healed properly and the early Refuge did not have the resources to treat her wound.

At a young age Nevara took on the mantle of the leader of the artisanal branch of the clan. She oversees all production of both domestic goods and ones specifically made to be sold or traded. Nevara herself specialises in weaving with almost any material available; she is blessed with the talent to make tapestries so plush and depicting that you forget all your aches, and fabrics so light and strong you forget their existence- until one saves your life.

Personality wise, Nevara is a very levelheaded dragon. She acts as the arbitrator in the Elder Council, and in arguments she refuses to give in to aggressive tactics both from within the clan and without. This sensibility, along with her many connections and descendants, makes Nevara the de-facto leader of Refuge. Of course, if the other Matriarchs had an issue with this, Nevara would almost certainly graciously step down, but they take it in stride. She may not have more votes than the others but what she says never falls on deaf ears.

As good of a teacher as she is a leader, Nevara has taken on numerous apprentices in her years. Young dragons come to her not only to study her craft but also to learn how to draw inspiration from everywhere. Nevara's estate is something to truly be admired- just inside Refuge's walls, at the top hill of the Artisan district, she lives in a large mansion with her many relatives, with light and splendor touching her every waking moment.

Nevara currently spends most of her days in the Workshop, though she always finds time to spend with her descendants. 		Gossamer Silk Scarf
