Haestrom (with the aid of his steampunk wings) frequents the Trading Post to work with Swipp and Crim, and makes the final call on all Auction House purchases. The clan relies on his diligence to his errands. He knows the ins and outs of Festive Favors and the Marketplace, and can expertly time his visits to get full potential out of the stores. He is a very dedicated worker. He never considers himself “off the clock” and is always alert. Whenever his clanmates need something, Haestrom is ready and prepared to help them.

Haestrom essentially runs the clan. He knows exactly what is in the hoard at all times, and keeps close tabs on the treasure balance. It's his call as to converting food versus selling it, and he sorts through any Chests the clan gathers from familiars. Alucinari would be very disorganized without him.

He used to have a crush on Prelude, and he was the one who gave her the green scarf that she wears each day. Recently, Haestrom has exhibited a growing fondness for Arquen and spends considerably more time with her, falling for her soft green eyes and effortless grace. A glowing rune has appeared near his eyes.

A small, glowing Shadow rune lights his face in the dark. He is currently working on training to use Shroud, though this work is slow due to his other duties. Though Haestrom does not display the typical trickster traits, he is still Shadow at heart.
