Dae, They/Them, 26, i've been gone too long

Within the Cloudscrape Crags lies one mountain, surrounded by pines and snow, that looks no different from the rest around it. Dragons not native to the land would never know that it is within the mountain that a whole clan lives, hollowing out rooms above and below the main entrance- a large, smooth archway in the otherwise rough stone.

Within those walls, one will find everything from the leader of the clan and her den- filled with sketchbooks of drawings of every clan member to pass through- to the cave of the oracle, where one can find their future or- if they mean harm to the clan- meet their end. More dens, empty and full, hollowed out into the cave with the magic of its users- but beneath it all, something special.

For you see, no one sees many members of Clan Rosa ever leave their mountain. The ones who leave out of the front rarely return. All are welcome through the archway, however, though only a few know its secrets. The ones that know almost never leave- but if they do, it is sworn to secrecy.

For beneath the mountain in the cold, in the wasteland, in the world where the land is harsh and the prey is few, Clan Rosa has an oasis. A large, underground meadow, with a dragon at its heart and beautiful but deadly guardians. It is here that their food is grown and harvested. It is there that the hatchlings romp, and play, and learn.

The most important thing you will find in this place is love- for all the dragons that come through, for the family that has formed. But you will also find a fiercely loyal place, who would kill for their Matriarch, their meadow, or their god- without a thought of regret. For those who seek shelter, you are welcome.
