Bigsby's Clan

Nestled in the starkest, most hostile crag of the Reedcliff Ascents is a series of cave inaccessible to all but the most experienced--and most desperate--of dragons. Vicious gusts bombard the cliff face endlessly, threatening to slam any unsuspecting flier into the razor-edged ridges, while the wind through the reeds howls out a hateful song. You only scramble to this level of the Ascents if you have nothing to lose--or everything to gain.

Within this network of caves reside a gang of charming, shrewd sky pirates who are as quick with their claws as they are with their words. Southwell's Ravagers are a group conjured from shadows and whispers. They say the leader, a brutal, remorseless drake named Southwell, was chased out of Balastow and lived to tell the tale. They say to go to him if you want any cargo moved or loot stolen. They say his ship, the Defiance is stained crimson with the blood of those who crossed them. They say to have a lot of gold when you commission the Ravagers--they serve the highest bidder, and if your hold on them is loose, they may just slip the leash.

Be sure to take care out on the slopes ahead. Here there be pirates.
