Faction 721 is one of the many work forces in the Highland Scrub. Most members are from the Lightning flight, but any who are willing to work hard enough can join. This Faction was once one of the best and greatly pleased the Stormcatcher. Unfortunately, when its Superiors died due to an emperor attack, this Faction suffered and fell far behind. The Stormcatcher removed them from the better land and forced them to stay in the Scrub until they could build themselves up again. The new Superior, Eupraxia, is young and unsure of her abilities to lead, but her Faction trusts that one day they will be even greater than before.
