Clan Lintu

Once when Sornieth was young, a Hopeful fae with a hunger for knowledge gathered researchers and explorers from all over the continent, they came together in the shadow of the Giant sundial in Sunbeam Ruins ad when the gathering left the ruins, the dragons among were numbered hundreds and they all had hope and exitement in their bones, for this would be the discovery of a lifetime. This odd event is the first record of a Clan later named Lintu, and also the last before its disappearance from history for ages.

Clan Lintu currently consists of the speculated blood relatives of those fabled researchers, and any lost souls who find their way to the valley. The original goal of the expedition that led to the clans creation has been lost to time, but the clan still specializes in recovering, studying, and improving ancient knowledge.

Clan Lintu Resides in the side of a valley deep in a forest west of Mirrorlight Promenade, the clan has built around a huge ruin and the new and old blend all around the city, glass roofs attached to centuries old stonework, old spires painted in mural that must have taken ages to finish, A grand library in the centre of it all. Even with the remote location, calling it anything less than a bustling city would be understatement. In the middle of the valley, there is a large crumbling archaeological site the researchers of the clan seem to still be working on, although i personally didn't get to see the area from up close.

The leadership of the city is comprised of “Luminaries”, the representatives who embody different elements, the clan seems to refer to anyone of exeptional skill in leadership as a Lumos or Luminary however.


The members of Clan Lintu know very little of their ancestors but not for the lack of trying, their grand library’s researchers have been trying to piece together for a long time what could have been the reason the original researchers and even the first luminaries disappeared, but have very little to show for it, it is noted however that this could be due to a deliberate destruction of information in the past, but for what reason?

it was still more than i could have speculated myself, many of the scholars were willing to share their knowledge about the original clan members, but very little of it was proven accurate.

Im planning on joining the next people heading for the ruins, the lumos in the library warned me to not go without escort, and offered to join me, most likely in case i stumble into something priceless.
