The "Heroics" tab in my lair has all the lore of the dragons in it. It's split by chapters, so don't read Chapter 2 of a dragon's bio until you've read Chapter 1 of all of them, etc.
As of right now the "Lesser Dragons" don't have bios, but eventually this will be updated to include information about them and how they tie into the lore. However, it is very unlikely they will become part of the main story chapters, though they may be mentioned.
