Tricedos' island home is rumored to be sentient and magical. Invisible to all except its denizens, it floats along the western coast of Sorneith....
Welcome to Tricedos of Elysindra.

Coming to Elysindra
Tricedos originally lived on the coast of Dragonhome. However, they quickly outgrew their small patch of territory. After searching up and down the coast for a while, they spotted an island a few miles off the shore and a small team was sent to look around.

As the dragons explored, they discovered many strange things about Elysindra; brambles would shift out of the way to clear them a path, and rivers would slow when someone tried to cross them. Brushing off the odd occurrences, the group headed back to the mainland to share the good news.

In time the clan had set up a small camp on the shore, with another group still venturing further into the island to check for any settlements. None were found, and the clan decided to settle down. Naming the island Elysindra, they built a more permanent shelter further into the forest.

Over time, the dragons of the clan discovered more oddities in their new home. Strange creatures lurked in the shadows, watching the clan and seemingly waiting for something. After a while, though, the dragons of Tricedos stopped paying attention to them. As long as they did no harm, it meant nothing... right?

Elysindra's fertile land gives a bountiful harvest, and the weather is never too harsh. Though it all seems very odd, the dragons of Tricedos don't question this gift; if they do, it might be taken away.

Tricedos
Tricedos is split into two connected towns; one by the beach, and one in the forest. They share resources and there's usually a slight flow of dragons between each village over the course of a day.

FACTIONS

Wyndres
On the southeast shore of Elysindra lies the seafaring town of Wyndres. The dragons here are a rougher folk than those of the woods, but they still hold similar values. A fully atheist group, the residents of this seaside village disregard all gods. Those in Wyndres supply Forasfal with fish, and also send whatever poor souls that wash up to them.

Forasfal
On the ground and in the gargantuan trees live the dragons of Forasfal. More magically inclined than Wyndres, the dragons of this town specialize in healing and forest magic. They do, in fact, believe in some minor gods, but not the deities commonly worshipped in Sorneith. Meat and crops are their specialty; crops specifically are grown in a nearby valley.

Nichtstell Mountain
Inhospitable and unwelcoming, Nichtstell Mountain is actually part of a small mountain range down the middle of Elysindra. The tallest mountain in the range, it towers above the entire island. Few creatures live on it; only outcasts and a few strange beasts.

The Solarys Desert
Yet another dangerous region, the Solarys Desert takes up the northwest quarter of Elysindra. Almost nothing can survive in the blistering heat, other than a select few oddities. Little is known about this area, other than the fact that the ground is pitch-black and strange creatures slither through the sand....
