Fayalite's Clan

Out of the blowing snow on the winding mountain pass rises a stark cliff-face, a sight for sore eyes on the long and weary Icefields Road - a road that arrives not too distantly at the Fortress of Ends. At the feet of this mountain peak, the towering crag of rock shelters an isolated stand of pines - and nestled within, the cozy log cabins of the South Star Outpost.

Home to the South Star Clan, this Outpost overlooks the mouth of a narrow road which is one of the few safe paths over the Cloudscrape Crags. Run by progenitors Kluane and Tombstone, the Outpost has been a safe haven since its founding for all travelers passing through the expanses of the Southern Icefields, whether they be Ice Flight natives or visitors far from home. The cold can be deadly to the inexperienced, but there is always warmth and safety to be found - and if you stay a while, auroras to be seen and mountain vistas to explore. Specializing in cold weather travel, the South Star Clan works to keep travelers safe along the treacherous mountain road, and, when they are ready to set off once again, guide Outpost visitors to their intended destinations.



As you can probably guess, this is a lair dedicated primarily to story-telling, and I tend to interact very little with the community of the game. However, if anyone wants to discuss creative writing, geology, very cold places, or just dragons in general, feel free to shoot me a message!
