Clan Stormbay is an old clan with a long history full of conflicts... And now it is a goblin market! These dragons sell their hoards to buy a life, marching ever forwards and away from their pasts. Unfortunately those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

The Stormbay Keep lies hidden among the coal-black spires that rise along the northern border of the Ashen Waste, near where the Shifting Expanse rises above the Sea of a Thousand Currents. The market floor rests in the valley between rocky peaks, but it is far from vulnerable. Keen eyes will spot strategic coves and outcroppings cut from the stone where guards might perch.

The clan is technically under the leadership of one dragon, the granddaughter of the clan's founder, but the only true laws of Stormbay are hang your past at the door, and don't get caught. The clan origins were to be a bay from storms, but these days they seem more interested in one-upping each other than in outsider business.
