1. No refunds. I may make any minor fixes necessary for an adoptable, but once you have it, there will be no refunds. I only do them if i for some reason cannot finish your order or i dont have time.
2. Yes, i can do gene changes/scryed images. Please make sure you list them clearly in the order form.
3. I will not remove my signature from the adoptable. No exceptions.
4. I post all images on imgur, but it's safest if you save and upload your adoptables somewhere, just incase!
5. Do not use someone else's adoptables. If you didn't buy it, don't use it, simple as that.
6. I have the right to refuse your order. If i feel i can't do your order, i will tell you.
7. Price queries are okay. I can tell you how much something will cost before you order. You can also ask for mixed payment with apparel or familiars not in the "other payment" section, but I might not accept. Just ask first.
