I usually have adopts out once a month at least and most of my adopts are only available for a limited time! So, the pinglists below are really important! Why are my adopts so limited? I much prefer the idea of being able to give personalized piece, even if two people order something that normally would look exactly the same! So, I hand-draw genes and any additional pieces nearly every time I make an adopt! Because of the extra work, I limit my adopts to small batches and then retire them, and because of the small batches, I can release a lot of variety! The traditional method of recoloring the same genes over and over again doesn't work well for my creative flow and huge batches of the same adopt over and over tend to burn me out very quickly and for a long time.
