"Unlocked" means that I have drawn it already, and "locked" means I haven't. There is no extra fee for unlocked content, but locked content will have a one-time fee required for me to draw it. This fee will unlock it for everyone for all subsequent orders. Basically, Unlocked = all I have to do is recolor, Locked = I have to draw it from scratch. More work = more expensive. Every dragon ordered will cost a minimum of 50kt. If everything you order is unlocked, that's all you have to pay. If you are unlocking new content, the unlocking fee(s) will be added on in addition to the base price. When you place your order I will give you a price quote, and then you can either change your order or confirm. For orders less than 100kt, I would like full payment in advance before I start. For orders over 100kt, I will accept half payment before I begin, and the rest after it is completed.
