Other specifications: ignore his gear, i know its cluttered. Im down to pay an extra 25kt if you can include a small skull on the octopus, kind of like one of his other adoptables, though. So a total of 100kt if you can do a little skull off to the side (like his little snail), although its no biggie if it's too much.

I'm uncertain of my ability to do a skull that would meet my personal standards, but I'm willing to try. How does this sound: you pay the 75kt up front, and if I can pull off the skull you tack on that 25kt at delivery?
