[br][br] ----- [br] [center][b][size=6]Progenitor Restorations[/size][/b][/center] When [i]Flight Rising[/i] first opened in June 2013, players could not exalt or sell their progenitor dragons. The overwhelming community response was that this was restrictive, forcing you to use two spaces in your Lair permanently. Due to popular demand, we made the necessary changes so progenitor dragons could be exalted. Fast forward to 2016 and we've received hundreds of messages from players over the years about exalted progenitor dragons. [b]As we reviewed them we noticed the messages were all expressing the same feeling[/b]: regret for hastily exalting their progenitors, telling us they've now realized their progenitor dragons were truly unique to their account. [b]While exalting is meant to be a meaningful and permanent choice[/b], it has become clear to us that the permanent loss of progenitor dragons has had a long-lasting, negative impact on your play experience. [b]After discussion, we want to give you the chance to reclaim your progenitor dragons.[/b] Exalting a progenitor does not award treasure or count towards dominance, so these restorations will not affect the economy or dominance pushes. [br] [b][size=4]Restrictions[/size][/b] As the team will be manually restoring progenitor dragons and we anticipate several hundred tickets on this, [b]requests submitted MUST be sent through [url=http://www1.flightrising.com/site/contact-us]Contact Us[/url] and contain the following information[/b]: [br] [list][*][b]Requests must use the email registered to your account[/b][br] [*][b]Requests [u]must[/u] be titled: Progenitor Restoration[/b][br] [*][b]Requests must contain the dragon ID number(s) or a link to the dragon(s) in the body of the ticket.
