Sounds like a Spiral to me. I chose Plague eyes, obviously (and as a bonus, Spirals have those lovely big eyes to showcase it) and since Spirals have no hair, I decided to give her a soft red shade for her primary, and iridescent to open up the color palette a little. I didn't want to just stick with one color, though, so for a bit of contrast I chose lavender, mostly because the iridescent tints the carmine a tad bluer near the head, and so the transition between the two, and between the eyes at the center of the head and the wing behind it, is nice and smooth. It's different without clashing too much. Seraph works great for it because it has a nice balance between darker and pastel shades of purple; I didn't want to make it too heavy and dark, but I also didn't want to wander too far into making her Luna Lovegood. This way, she feels light and airy, but also real and present in the moment. Lastly, I wanted to pay tritube to her wood elf roots, so I chose rust underbelly. On fem Spirals, the flat tone of the underbelly doesn't clash too much with the subtler shades in the iridescent, and rust has the right balance of brown and red to evoke thoughts of the soil, the earth - maybe red clay - but also to appear cohesive surrounded by the brighter, lighter red carmine. My only remaining note is that the cooler tones in lavender also lend the image a bit of calmness and contentment that the Spiral pose (being a Spiral) somewhat lacks. However, should you choose this design, you may want to play with the color of the wings to see how they affect the mood of the image for you personally.
Nocs also look a lot less serious than many other dragon breeds (coatls and skydancers look pree mad) and have that sense of action through their airborne pose. I think the worst thing for this character would be a static pose and the noc looks very purposeful in her flight, like she just had an idea and went to do it instead of thinking it through first. I've chosen iridescent rust for her body. It's in keeping with a 'coppery' feel for the most part, adds in some red too. It's sleek and clean as well to keep from being too busy with her apparel. Instead, it serves as a rich base color with some nice variation. Shadow makes a lovely wing color, adding a little more depth to her palette than obsidian would because of its slightly purple base. It synergizes well with the rust, which is a cool sort of red. You can use midnight if you prefer for a slightly cooler alternative (its more blue) but both of these options definitely give the wings a little more interest than plain black. Current is a gene that generally offers dark-to-mid ranges within the selected color, so it keeps it looking like a purple based black rather than pale plum, as it appears with some lighter genes. Check out how the rust melds with the shadow in her neck frill. Gorgeous! Ivory is a great more natural look for belly in the place of white, and it rounds off her look to be less severe. It also covers up the pinks in the rust iri belly, which I'm not sure about for her design. The belly is a really clean sleek look, but gembond actually looks fantastic although a lot more busy. I would absolutely stay away from smoke if you decide to take my advice in some of the apparel as all of the different lines will be overwhelming to look at (especially with the swelter). If you want a little more saturation, kick it up by making the belly gold instead.
[i]The mire is a level 23-24 coliseum venue. Her satchel is a great place to stow treats for her familiar and bait/snacks for any creatures she stumbles upon in her adventures. She likes to pick up baubles here and there, making adornments like her wingpiece. The swelter and vell add a little visual flair as well as add to her whimsical aesthetic through the swooping motions, and the sandals seem quite playful as well although i'd say they are completely optional. I tend to associate elves with music, and so I've given her a harp to play when she's resting or in thought. Her gold-throated sparrow was rescued as a hatchling, and so it accompanies her everywhere. He's happy to provide vocals for her music, and has quick enough wings to keep up with her when she's on the go. Most of her accessories brighten her up a bit to keep her image a little lighter and avoid falling into a more sombre aesthetic.
