Okay, awesome. So I'd basically be looking for a colored detailed lineart of this character and a painting of either this weird dragon or this bizarre transparent-y snake thing, whichever you prefer.

Not particularly. If you do the dragon I think the first art of her has a desert-like bg? So for her it could be something like that if you want, but none is also fine.
