Hey everyone! So my girlfriend wanted to help me reach my 2 mill treasure goal to buy a breed change scroll for one of my gen one projects. She is an absolutely amazing artist and unfortunately has no FR account. I will handle the passing of information to her if anyone is interested. I will post some examples here as well. http://fav.me/daaq14b The guy to the uper left is the person I'm trying to get art for. I sadly don't have colors for him, but if you can go off of my words for at least the colors that would be great! If you can't I'm sure I can find some other character.

Marko is a civil war soldier, fighting for the union. Basically is cap is blue, his hair is a dark brown, almost black, his eyes are green, and his uniform is blue... so on. He's also tan because of how long he marches.

If this isn't enough info let me know! And once you prove it I'll send the treasure!

Your link you provided isn't actually working for me. But if it is supposed to be the character without colors, then what you provided should be enough information for her to be able to draw it.

@Astrologian It would probably be based off each individual character, but with a discount to the second. Like a buy one get one % off kind of thing. :) I hope this helps. Maybe a 15-20% discount? I may make it more after asking my Gf what she thinks/feels. :)
