It would probably help if you defined what "cheap" means. Are we talking 10k, 50k, 100k???

Also, what are you looking for? Do you want a headshot, a full body? Do you want traditional or digital art?

You should probably include a picture of the OC too so that people know what you're even asking for. Like, some people can't draw animals at all, so if you're asking for an animal then they can't do it. Details like that are important.
