It allows [b]commissioners[/b] to submit their usernames and select keywords for the types of art that interest them (ex: gijinka, bust) and then receive pings when an artist opens a new shop or adds new options to an already existing store, that matches the selected keywords. For [b]artists[/b], CAPE pinglists can be copied and posted to personal 'art shops' (threads) when opening a new shop or when adding a new art option to their currently existing stores (ex. adding full body art to a store that previously only offered bust art, adding full color art to a shop that only did line art).
