Fullbody/bust/etc.: Full art piece.
Characters: My OC, Toby Williams. I haveway too friggin' many a LOT of references, which I'll link now.

Pose/Expression:I have no idea what to put here so maybe some info about his personality and history might help He's immortal electromancer, and the last remaining Ascended, in his universe. Since he's been alive so long and has done so many different things and fought for so long, he's extremely cynical. He views his work with guiding souls to the after life as his most important work, and serving his deity.
His main combat ability is red lightning, which was originally normal colored, but an extended conflict with a dark god corrupted his ability significantly, so it hurts him to cast and is colored red, but can deal a lot more damage. It's been like that for a couple hundred years, so it's almost completely controllable.
He also conjures plants and animals from the void, especially primordial conjurations, or animals made out of an element. Usually, he conjures giant spiders, as well as spiders made of electricity.
Background: I really like the look of him in front of the stained glass in the first image in the new gear. I was thinking maybe we could do something with a destroyed church of his faith, since no one but him follows that God anymore? The God is known as Aeriel, the soul keeper, and is usually represented with a mongoose, since several demons in this world are represented with snakes.
Anything extra/specific: Not that I can think of! I like to leave a lot of the creative thinking and freedom up to the artist, since I want you to have fun with it and it usually results in a more natural piece of art.
I am willing to pay extra if this is too complex, I have quite a bit saved up.

A piece with the full legs and feet would be good to me. I do have a piece that I got done specifically of his gear, but it's really close to the bottom of the new gear post, so no worries if you just didn't see it. Here's a linked BBCode link to the piece I'm talking about.

And the background you described is pretty much spot on with what I was thinking. Now that i think about it, I would love it if there was stained glass of a mongoose that wasn't broken, but I understand if that's too much.

It can be done as a ball with bolts coming out of it, yes. My only real complaint thus far is that the coat around the legs looks a bit too wide to me, but that's not a big deal if it's too much to change :P
