Description: The blue striped pattern in his hair may be greatly simplified or changed to be pure silver instead. The only parts that need to be solid blue are his eyebrows and the short pieces in front of his ears. Wings are entirely optional. My only request for him is that he should appear very feminine, but other than that you would be free to stylize/simplify the design however you'd like.
Personality-wise, he's cunning, proud, and opportunistic. Very much a deceptive and opportunistic individual, always plotting and planning to back-stab people or try to manipulate events to get what he wants. He can be pretty arrogant at times, or boastful about when things do go his way, and on the other hand, exceptionally persistent when he does get knocked down or he makes a mistake. He's like the second-in-command and always trying to maneuver to better that position, and uses his wits more than something like brute strength or opting to engage someone else in a fair face-to-face fight.
