And for the first question; The mirror is a bit of a mindless monster in lore, so a bit spooky would be great. Judging by your examples it won't be too difficult to make him spooky. The bane I don't have much lore info for, but she will be a bit of a warrior, so a bit strong looking maybe? It doesn't matter a lot for the bane :P Just do what feels best!
