[*]I'll do just about any FR dragon, but I take other dragons on a case-by-case basis. [*]Aberration headshots are 300g/kt for one head, 450g/kt for both heads. [*]Once your art is done, you can do whatever you like with it! Edit a mustache onto it, use it in a gif, allow other people to use it--whatever!
