i can do both of these!
for the dragon form, it would be 550kt total for the price (colored+5 genes/apparel/skin) the skin is doable as well! id also be willing to accommodate drawing butterflies and such, I'll try my best!
as for the human form, since the head detail is a little tricky, i'd be willing to do a drawing for 400kt is that's alright with you? i can also do the pose you asked for :]

hey there! for anthros/humans, the price is variable because it's hard to gauge complexity til i see the design, however dragon designs are standardized and thus i have a pricing system for them- however your characters are in the range i'm willing to work with!
it'd likely be ~310ktg each! I'd be willing to do two-character designs however that'd raise the price to be upwards of 700kt/g depending on the complexity of the interaction- however if it's simpler it'd probably be lower, the absolute minimum being 620kt/g.
