i am looking to just get a quick anthro drawing of this guy!

he is a fluffy dragon, this is the feral flying form. i would like an image of him standing tall, perhaps holding the goo sword, and the black skeletal wings are very small/hidden by the fluffy base of feathers! is a slight amount of gold can be added to the goo sword somehow i can pay extra!!

Depending on what you're looking for a flat color full-body would usually be around 1000-1500g. If you're looking for a proper ref sheet like front, back, details, etc then I might ask more like around 2000-2500g
