It's dark, but what appears to be fireflies or fairies light the way. They dance around you, and you follow the path they seem to mark. You almost don't see the darkly colored dragon sitting in the middle of your path. A female Pearlcatcher in shades of purple, with candles and silks draped around her wings, she startles you as you notice the silks covering what appears to be the bones of her arm. Smiling serenely, nonplussed by your intrusion, she readjusts her silks and motions for you to follow her. She flies above you, the light of her candles the only indication of her location in the darkness. As you come to a clearing, she lands beside you, surprisingly gently for such a frightening looking dragon. Hatchlings run to her and bat at her silks. She gives a low, motherly chuckle, blowing a playful spark at one. Adult dragons of varying sizes tend to nests all around you, and you see an egg hatch near the edge of the trees. "Welcome to the Enchanted Woods Hatchery," says your mysterious guide. "These hatchlings are looking for new lairs to inhabit, our own too small for this aspiring generation.
