OTHERWISE they all are offer to adopt. I'll accept the highest offer. DO NOT offer less that 10kT because most of these I don't want uh...exalted.
If a dragon has a bio (with obvious time put into it, not the ones with five words or the zombie thing) I'd like 15kT or at least a promise not to exalt. I know for a fact that there is a trio what has linked bios.
