I hope everyone is doing well. If you were pinged, it is because at some point you requested to be added to my pinglist for my gen one imperials.
My apologies for being quiet for so long. Real life has been a priority for me. However, the next leap day is fast approaching us, and to join in with the many nests having hatchings my imperials Imhotep and AnckSuNamun have bred once again:

Before I discuss prices and logistics, I do want to address a few rules:
1. Please be kind and courteous to everyone.
2. If you were not on the pinglist and you are interested (and the sale is not open yet), you may add yourself to the pinglist by clicking the widget below.
3. I have the right to withhold any hatchling from sale (if this interferes with a reservation for this nest I will work out a negotiation).
4. And if you are wondering, no, I am not selling either of my gen one imperials. Please do not ask.
Very well, then. With that out of the way, let's discuss the specifics:
The nest will be hatching February 29th. I will be quite busy that day, so I won't be able to hatch the nest until the evening. I am tentatively planning on hatching the nest at 18:00 FR Time, though this may be delayed by half an hour or so. I'll keep you all posted if that is the case.
I will ping everyone on the pinglist right after the hatch, announcing that the sale has started. Once the sale begins, I ask that you post your request in this thread. Choice claims are first come first serve,and do not prioritize those who made reservations. Once I confirm it I'll send a Crossroads request. Do not post your claim or send a Crossroads request until I announce that the sale has started. Only one dragon can be purchased per person. The sale will remain private for a couple of days before I open it to the general forums.
Also, since there are only two hatchlings this time and because I'm giving you such short notice, I will not be allowing reservations for the hatchlings this time. However, because of the special birth date I'll allow anyone to purchase a hatchling right as they go on sale, even if you have purchased one from me previously. (Normally I give new buyers priority.)
Reservation Policy:
First, to clarify: this is not a reservation policy for a future nest. It only applies to the upcoming nest. I cannot dedicate myself to a full hatchery program so I cannot make reservations for future nests at this time.
If you are absolutely certain you want a hatchling, and/or you cannot be online during the hatch/initial sale, as with the last time there was a sale I will have a reservation policy.
By paying a nonrefundable down payment before the hatch (see price below) I can reserve a hatchling so that you can purchase one when you are available. You can only reserve one hatchling at a time. This down payment will go towards paying for the hatchling, but there will be a five percent increase in overall price.
Example: If you make a down payment of 100k, and decide to purchase a hatchling listed as 200k treasure, for you the hatchling price will be 210k treasure (original price plus 5%). However, you already paid 100k, so you only need to pay another 110k treasure (or equivalent as specified below) to purchase the hatchling.
Note that I will only hold the number of hatchlings that are reserved in total, and whoever is at the sale has first choice on which hatchling they get. So if you reserve a hatchling, you will get to choose from whoever is left at the time of your selection. (So I would not advise this if you are looking for a specific gender).
Update: As there are three eggs this time, I will have two reservation slots open. Also, I will be giving priority for users who have not purchased a dragon from me in the past (see list of prior sales below). If you are on the list below and wish to make a reservation, please wait until Wednesday the 26th to make your claim.
So, in summary:
For these payments I will accept treasure, gems, or a mix of the two. Gems are valued at a 1000:1 Treasure:Gem ratio. Initially I will not accept payment plans, but if no one is interested in purchasing a hatchling at the starting price I am willing to work out a payment plan with someone.
During my last sale I learned that I had severely underpriced the hatchlings, so because of that and the special date I have increased the prices accordingly.
Prices may increase based off of color combinations or eye type, as listed below.
Starting Price:250k treasure/250 gems 750k treasure/750 gems
Matching Color Combination: +50k treasure/50 gems
Almost Matching Color Combination: +20k treasure/20 gems
Bright Eyes: +10k treasure/10 gems
Faceted Eyes: +10k treasure/10 gems
Multi Eyes: +25k treasure/25 gems
Primal Eyes: +50k treasure/50 gems
Reservation Price (see reservation policy above): 100k treasure/100 gems
