Every story starts with a beginning...
Long ago, there was an exile that wandered the world. As a Tengu, Master Splinter would rather teach others then lead them astray, so he was removed from the other Tengu's. Traveling through the lands, he had to master the ancient art of Ninjitsu in order to survive the wilds. It was there that he met his match, in a dark dragon named Shredder. An evil Ridgeback that had dastardly plans to rule all of Dragon Kind! Shredder also had aligned himself with the Shade, in hopes that their dark power could help him overtake the Dragon gods and rule! But before he could gain in power, he had run into Splinter. The battle was long and hard fought, but after wounding Shredder, Splinter had to escape due to his own injuries.
Forced to retreat, Splinter found himself lost in the Plaguelands, having to forge deep into the Scarred Wasteland to loose Shredder. It was here, that he stumbled across four hatchlings that had gotten lost as well. Instantly forming a bond with the four youngsters, he took it upon himself to see to their care.
But he couldn't watch them every moment... and during one of the times he was out searching for some food, they managed to wander into some dangerous territory, on the edges of the Wyrmwound and fell into a crater full of mysterious ooze!
On his way back, he heard their cries and rushed to help them. Pulling them from the ooze, he tried to gather them up when something strange happened! They all changed into Snappers!
Heading north, Splinter and his new snappers managed to travel through the Plaguelands and enter the Shattered Plain, where a Earthclan had picked them up and taken care of them. But the Dragonlands weren't safe, and Shredder and the Shade had to be stopped! So, after much persistence, the little hatchlings, now full adult dragons pressed Splinter into training them in Ninjitsu. Hoping that they, and they children would be able to rise up against the threat and help the fight against Shade and save all of Dragonkind!

[size=2]Being the geek that I am, someone showed me a dragon and asked what they should be named. Seeing the combination of colors, I automatically saw Leonardo. Which amused the people that I had been talking to in chat. A day or so went by, and I randomly received Leo as a present or he would have been exalted. And thus I became the owner of the cutie. And still being a geek, I decided to make my own sales thread with TMNS. And friend's helped out to gather the other kids. Adding my own FR twist, I now am sharing the kids to the world!

(Who were mysteriously changed into Snappers after being exposed to The Wyrmwound in The Shattered Plains.) But even his four students would not be enough... So they decided to try to spread their teachings to other clans, though the children of the four students. Though others would be able to take up the mission, if they were dedicated enough against the Shade.

[b]Teenage Mutant Ninja Snappers[/b] are any Snappers that have Spring Basic as their Primary color. Any Secondary and Tertiary are acceptable. Any genes are accepted as well, but they have to be Snappers. Though the original four will stay full basic, to keep up the family lines. Though if you are dedicated enough, and meet the color requirements, Splinter would be willing to teach you, if you ask.
