[b]Sorry about that! Tidal Trouble was tested on Firefox extensively before release, but we can't always catch everything. We can at least say that additional firefox optimization is priority #1 in the coming days.
UPDATE: Some Firefox users are reporting success in the meantime with disabling the sound completely. This may help in the meantime while a permanent fix is still being worked on.
UPDATE 2: A potential fix for the firefox crashing has been deployed as of 2:40 AM on 4/1/2014, please let us know if this worked out for you, firefox users![/b]

I'm in Firefox, Tidal Trouble won't load and gives me this popup error:

Edit: Forgot to say that it does this even if I click the "If you are having trouble connecting to Faire/Coliseum, please try this link."

I thought I'd input this since its making it impossible to play;
I just tried playing, but the game keeps freezing my browser. My browser will sometimes freeze up if I have a lot of tabs open and its under too much load, but its not normal for it to freeze up all the time, its only very occasionally. It never happens on FR unless I have 10+ tabs open (which is my fault anyway).
I also tried with just Tidal Trouble open and nothing else and it still froze up within a few minutes of playing. I tried 4 times, the most I got up to was 6-7 shots before it froze. I use Firefox, and my internet speed is good. I'm not sure what other type of information would be helpful but I'll edit this if I think of something else or it starts working >u

After completing two puzzles, the game freezes with this error:

Even after clicking "stop script", it's stuck in a loop of freezing and showing this screen until I close the tab.

Tidal Trouble is...well, nothing but trouble.
Scrolling down to have it fit in my browser window makes my entire screen go black.
Putting it into full screen mode breaks the menu.
Shooting off three bubbles completely crashes Firefox to the desktop.

This keeps happening to me, also @_@
Tried playing it and nope, FF crashed.

Thrage thank you for clearing that up! I'm sure other people would have that question too. x3
Edit: I will note that I'm having no issues playing it on IE, but I wasn't able to load past the main menu on Chrome.
