I saw a thread for reporting when adds are on the site yet not in the normal area (underneath the media tab under Library) but I can't find it again. I have noticed an add in the center, left-hand side of pretty much every page I go on. It is simply an colored arrow tab that if my mouse comes near it, it pulls out into the site and interrupts everything. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

That sounds like a browser hijack and not a FR ad. You should get Malwarebytes and run it to see what's happening. Be sure to have your browser closed.
Also it's probably in your best interests to block ads even if it hurts FR's revenue a little bit. There are no safe places on the internet as far as ads are concerned, since the way ad sales and resales work is shady as heck.
