We are trying to diagnose an issue that happens sporadically for some users and would like your help in collecting information.
The heart of the issue is that some site buttons become completely unresponsive to input, seemingly randomly. Our hope is to find out why this is happening and that it isn't random, but something we can narrow down with enough data and provide a fix for.
The buttons in question we're looking to get information about are:

[*]Convert Food
[*]Sell (From Hoard)
[*]EquipSkins
[*]Equip Apparel

[*]Change Familiars

Additionally, information about the steps you took to workaround the issue is also appreciated. Include things like:

While volume of affected players is helpful in its own way, without diagnostic information like what is mentioned above, there isn't very far that we can go.

I occasionally experience problems with the button used to move dragons to a different page, either forward or back. I use Google Chrome and this has affected me for the past few days. What will work is continuing to hover the dragon over the button until it does work.

I have a problem with the login button on the front page, actually.
I am using Chrome, and I input my information into it, but when I click, the button does nothing. My input goes in after the 6th or 7th try. And then I cannot click notifications from the front page, I have to click my user profile or go to a different page on the website. It's happened twice now, and I am slightly worried I will be unable to log in eventually because it won't respond.

I'll play for weeks with no problems, but sometimes (most often if I accidentally leave the site up for an hour or two and forget it's up) I'll find that almost all the above buttons will stop working. It has yet to happen under other circumstances, so for me personally the biggest issue is leaving the site up but being inactive on it. I often don't notice it until I try to feed my dragons.
I'll clear my cache, clear my sandbox, even try a new browser, but nothing has worked. The only solution I've found is to wait it out and hope it comes back soon. (I'll close the website out and wait another hour or two; it almost always does the next day if all else fails.)

I've been receiving a very similar problem with the gather items buttons. Every now and then, the buttons will seemingly activate twice.

When using chrome, it happens sometimes not long after reset. Switching to another browser or computer will sometimes fix it.
I haven't had it happen since before the last registration date.

I use chrome, and for the past few days I've been noticing the login button occasionally not responding? Also the messages, friends, and alerts buttons seem not to respond but only when I try to access them from the main page. This doesnt happen every time but enough that it has stood out to me. for the login issue i'd just hit enter or try and click the button til it worked and it didnt cause a big problem, but for the other buttons i had to navigate to another page with the sidebar before they would respond.
