TOPIC | Familiar missing
I had 130 familiars. Today, I found I only had 129 and my Strangler has gone missing. The bestiary entry is locked and it's vanished from the familiar section of hoard.

Not sure what's going on with that.

I had a similar thing happen to me, but with one of my Livewire Grizzlies, which is unrecoverable. (I had two in my hoard.) This is definitely strange.

Well, it's good to know I'm not the only one abut it's not good that it's happening to limited availability items.

Refresh your cache and make sure that its not a display issue. If that doesnt fix it and looking on another browser doesnt do anything, then you will need to write to the staff via the Contact Us and see if they can find out where it went to, or if they can restore it.

As suggested above, be sure to clear your cache and double check your hoard in another browser. If your familiar is still missing, you should submit a ticket via our Contact Us form. Our Customer Support team will be able to assist you with the whereabouts of your missing Strangler. Those sneaky Strangler's. Yours may have just wandered off somewhere in the Gladeveins. :)

Done as the above have specified and I have deducted it has nothing to do with that. Or so it seems. Someone also had it happened to an unhatched egg apparently. I think this is a new bug... But their help is appreciated, since now we know it's not a cache thing.

I've tried all the clearing and such. I've had a lovely person donate a spare strangler to me when they saw this post, so for me, it was an easily solved issue. For those losing far more important items, it probably needs to be addressed though.

Should I still submit a ticket about it just so they are aware of it happening?

If items are missing from your hoard it is always best to contact the Customer Support team as soon as possible. If it happens again, I would suggest reporting it. If you choose to contact them now, be sure to include that you were given another Strangler so that familiar isn't mistake for the missing one. :)
