Hello, everyone! Over the course of Tuesday September 2nd, we will be conducting additional performance optimizations to Flight Rising in our ongoing attempt to prepare the site for open registration and continued growth.
We will be monitoring and tinkering over the course of the day, but wanted to let you know that there's a chance you may notice slightly different behavior from the following areas while we conduct these improvements:
- Message Center
- Logging in and logging out.
- Interacting with your Friends List
- Viewing your account alerts
If you are experiencing any issues with (but not exclusively to) the areas mentioned above, please feel free to include your report in this thread. Please be as descriptive as possible with how you encountered the problem, with reproduction steps if possible. Thank you!

Just bought a piece of apparel from the AH, accepted the item and it is now in my hoard. Yay! However the message from courier is still showing the package icon and the item, not greyed out. Strangely, there is no accept button (which is probably a good thing).
ETA: Ok, now the package icon only appears on the original webpage. Problem with the ungreyed out item still happens on both versions.

When I tried logging in my security alert came up, saying the site wasn't secure and I shouldn't log in.
It's not very descriptive but that is what I experienced.

Logged out when I went to front page. It also didn't remember my password like it usually does when I logged back in

I often have FR open as one tab out of two or three in my Chrome window, and often I close the FR tab without logging out (leaving the other tabs open), then come back and re-open the FR tab again later (e.g. once an hour to visit Crim, etc). Normally, so long as I do not close the Chrome window, I will still be logged in when I reopen the FR tab. However today when I came back I was logged out and had to log back in again.
As an experiment I tried it again (closing the tab and reopening it), this time the tab was only closed momentarily though (previously it was closed for about half an hour), and I was still logged in when I reopened the tab this time. However the URL bar is showing
www1.flightrising.com instead of
flightrising.com like normal. When I click the link to come here though it goes back to flightrising.com.

@Coalescency That'll be because you're being redirected to www1.flightrising instead of the main site. I think this is something that usually happens when work is being done. Your password is remembered per website, and since it's not considered the same website because of the different location, your password is not remembered.
