I have been lucky enough to win a strange chest while digging, however when I try to open it I get the message that there was an error when opening the chest, and the chest remains unopened :(

I have encountered this error three times while opening these chests today, acknowledging the bug and then attempting to re-open it yields what I assume to be "normal" treasure for these chest types.

I have one chest that just won't open, have tried a few times now. I get the error each time. *prods chest* There had better be an egg in you when you do open :p

same here, two out of three chests opened, but the third gives the error message.
There was an error with the chest.
Edit: was able to open it now, food, just like in the others :/

Yeah, I got this error too. I got several from digging which were all fine, and a couple from the coliseum that were too, but then this one (also from coliseum) is repeatedly giving me the error.

I got the error too from chests from coli.
To solve it I moved the chests to my vault and then back into the hoard. Worked after that?
