TOPIC | Accent disappeared
So at about 12:00 am this morning, i was taking the Spirit Ablaze accent off of my dragon Charles to show a friend what he normally looked like, and the accent did not appear in the side box where the accents should be. So i went to check my hoard and it was not there either. I reset my browsers(firefox) cache and still it is not there. I have a spare in a chest i could use but i would really like to know what happened to my accent.

Thats what happens when you live in a foreign country for too long. You eventually lose your accent. If you go back to your home region, It will come back.

Anyway, this is a common enough bug (for me and my friends at least), but I haven't seen anyone really report it and not much discussion about it either. We suspect it has something to do with server lag and the information is lost somewhere in between your computer and FR server. Either way, the only way to get it back is use the Contact Us form at the bottom of the page, state what happened as detailed as possible, and use your register email to send the request. FR team can return the lost accent/skin to you if you can prove your case.

(Just remember FR team might not replace your lost copy due to any number of reasons. That doesn't mean this bug doesn't exist.)

thank you for telling me, ill probably get in touch with them soon but i dont really have any way to prove i had the accent except for my word so theres no telling if theyll give it back

so i opened up one of my spare chests for the accent in case they were going to say no, and after i put it on my dragon that had it originally, i went back to my hoard and it said i still had one unused? so i guess opening the chest "returned" my skin, i have no clue
false alarm, it just glitched out to say i had another one
