Just bought a rose from the auction house and received my message so i can retrieve it but i wont let me take it and use it. I refreshed and even logged out and still nothing :/

Is the button still visible? If so try clearing your cache.
if it is not you have sucessfuly taken the item out of the message and it is in your hoard.

Hello, @BootyqueenScurvy! I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread since it seems the issue is resolved. :) As a note for the future, if a PM had items/currency attached to it and the "Take all" button is missing, that means the item was successfully retrieved from the message.
If you ever grab an item off a PM and can't find it in your Hoard, try a browser cache clear. This may also help you if the "Take all" button simply isn't functioning.
