I purchased $20 worth of gems from my Paypal balance several minutes ago and still haven't received them. Paypal has the transaction listed in my account. Every time I've bough gems before I received them instantly. Not sure what is going on?

I purchased $20 worth of gems from my Paypal balance several minutes ago and still haven't received them. Paypal has the transaction listed in my account. Every time I've bough gems before I received them instantly. Not sure what is going on?
I just had the same problem. Bought $20, nothing even though I got a pay pal receipt, thought I did it wrong so repeated and got gems instantly plus a second, different receipt. First set still not showing, but account is debited.

For example, if you used an eCheck or it can take hours to several business days to arrive even though your account is already debited. The most likely scenario is that the gems will clear in the next day or so. If not, please read the support article for what applies to your situation:
