TOPIC | Scorched Forest Super-lag
Hi there,
So recently I've returned to FR after roughly 2 years of inactivity. Today I created a new team to venture through the coliseum with, and I have noticed an incredibly lag specifically within the Scorched Forest venue only.
All other venues in the first 6 venues or so move completely seamless.
I tried removing apparel to see if that would help but it did not.
It typically starts smoothly but after the first few turns it becomes slower and slower to respond, eventually halting my browser altogether.
It makes it very difficult to get over this bump without over-grinding in the Woodland Path.
Again, I do want to reiterate that all other venues do not appear to be suffering from this frustrating lag.

Hope you can help,
Thank You

@Tatetops click the cog button at the bottom of the coliseum and disable weather effects. if i remember correctly, scorched forest is one of the venues that have them, and that may be what's causing the lag

@chatoyant

That seems to have done the trick. I didn't even realize "weather effects" were a mechanic, let alone that they could be toggled on and off.
Thank you for that
