Please manually clear your cache before logging in from an incognito/private browsing window to check if it's arrived but not showing for some reason.

If you only had the single prismatic token from this holiday's spare inventory box, have you double-checked that it is missing? It's easily possible to select cancel instead of buy, which sometimes explains this type of problem.
