Hey, I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but I tried to purchase some gems over an hour ago now, and nothing has gone through. I wouldn't be so quick to jump the gun here, but PayPal purchases have never taken this long for me.

I looked online to see if there were any previous threads related to this, and I saw that the main response was that "it was all through paypal, and it'd be their issue".

I did get in touch with PayPal, just to make sure no charges were floating, and the response they gave me was that there is something going on with the game/website (Stormlight LLC) servers. Nothing is going through on PayPal (as in there are no charges showing from the site in any state, no pending charges, nothing). They also said I might want to try contacting someone over here that might know if there is any ongoing issue(s) with the website.

Any info or help regarding this would be much appreciated? Until then, I'll try clearing my cache and cookies to see if that helps...

edit: okay, it looks like it must have been a server delay. I am getting things now.

But I still think this is important info to pass along anyway!

I also am having a delay with my purchase hopefully my gems will pop up soon:)

Same here. It is not an issue with paypal but FR. I just talked with paypal customer service about the issue, and they said it's just an issue with FR not accepting the charges.

If anyone is looking to buy gems and reading this, please don't go back and try to re-do the purchase. They are going through at some level and your bank account will be charged. Even if paypal says it didn't happen.

Yes do not as my bank account card is linked to my PayPal and the charges showed up on my bank account but not on my PayPal that I used to purchase through

Same here. Charges went through on my account but I never got the gems.

Edit: 4 hour mark and still no gems in my account.
