I just popped in after like a day away and saw the latest site blog saw there was something for us at Galore's and went to grab it but there was nothing there. I know I have not claimed anything recently.

You could try bypassing your cache on Galore's page with ctrl+F5 or deleting your web cache. You could try other web browsers if you have them, or other devices and/or other browsers.
Otherwise, a common answer is people forgetting they claimed it already. If you don't tend to keep food around you could see if you have turkey you don't remember or the thistles, though they're less memorable, same for the chests if you tend to open them right away and currently have 2 and haven't been bonding. Something to check is all.

Nerxual That's the normal screen you see after claiming a gift. If you navigate to your hoard, to the Others tab, and to the very last page, you'll find two clanbound Banescale eggs waiting for you :)
